“They did a fantastic job with the situation we had. They were as accommodating as they could be with everything going on and were very mindful of my roommate's and my schedule. While we weren't the ones with the clogged pipe (upstairs tenants putting food down their drains!) they were very kind about going through our space and the basement. We came to get them fitted and Thomas helped us get all the equipment and then gave them all a lesson on how to set up their bows as well as how to shoot. “They did a great job starting with the salesperson Jim. Because I was working with my home warranty company, the process was a pain and a few contractors disregarded me for that reason. Jim was very thorough during the sales process and reassured me he would do whatever was necessary to work with the warranty company. He followed through with his promise and even negotiated double the reimbursement from the warranty company than another contractor had. I know it was time consuming for him but he never complained. Two other contractors I had out previously, continually expressed their dislike for working with warranty companies. Although I understand the difficulty, I found their complaining very unprofessional. After the sales process I called Ber's to compliment Jim and the owner himself called me back to tell me he was grateful for the feedback. The installation process was smooth, the communication was clear and timely. They were very clean, using tarps to cover their entire walkway throughout my house. The job site inside and out was left spotless. They completed the work sooner than projected. Overall it was a great experience and their price was right in line with the market. Ber's came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.”

“Paul showed up in the time window as promised to replace a faulty pressure reducing valve. At completion when turning the water back on, the valve handle which was corroded snapped off. He had to shut the water to the house off and replaced the worn ball valve, All solder joints were neat and clean. Paul tested everything and was very professional and personable. Rader and sons were recommended to me by a plumber I have used before but was out of town on vacation. I.thought the amount charged was very fair. I highly recommend Rader and sons.”
