“Brandt is personable, professional, and very good at what he does! We had an intense leak beneath our basement floor and based on his outstanding Google reviews, we called Reliable Leak Detection. Brandt located the leak and said that he didn't want to verify it by drilling because he thought the leak was spraying directly up towards the slab and if he drilled, we would have an extremely flooded basement. The plumber is here today. They jack hammered through the slab and found the leak exactly where Brandt said it would be AND it was spraying directly up, as he predicted. “We have been fortunate to only have 2 plumbing issues in our house, thus far. Both times, Reilly Plumbing came out to fix the issues. The first one, another company came out and instead of fixing the issue, recommended that I did a procedure that would have cost upwards of $6K and my home warranty would not cover it. That is what led me to Reilly, after getting a referral from my home warranty service. They came out, worked with our home warranty service for payment, fixed the drain clog, did not try to sell me a costly and unnecessary service and we have not had a problem since. The second time, I called them was because our garbage disposal quit working after a long life of nearly 20 years. They came out and installed the new one, checked the surrounding fixtures and pipes for leaks and also cleaned up. In my experience Reilly is: Professional, Economical, Honest, Knowledgeable, Swift, and Clean. If we have a plumbing need in the future, we will call them again”
