“Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great”

“I used Mainline to do a sewer scope for a property I’m buying in Covington Ky. He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way. I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope. The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated. He was professional, kind, timely, and definitely someone you wish you were friends with. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/5 stars if you ask me.”
