“I want to say thanks to the servers and bartender here. We were on a long road trip and stopped in 20 mins before they closed on Easter Sunday as they were the only place open in the area. The whole crew was welcoming, happy and upbeat. They made us feel welcome and didn't rush us even though they were closing up . The experience was better than any previous time I have been at any olive garden and we were so appreciative. Thanks and great work we will definitely stop back on our way home.”

My former physician was an OSU Medical School graduate and it was once a dream of mine to be as well. I think very highly of D.O.'s because they allow the patient to be involved with their healthcare. After losing my physician to his untimely death, I knew obtaining one particular medication would be troublesome. However, I never expected it to become a 7 month challenge! As I laid writhing in pain, my spouse reached out to Dr. Hayes. I had become unbearable to be around and I wasn't handling life very well... I had been receiving my medicine through the Abbvie Patient Assistance Program. A company who should understand their own warnings on their medications, continued to provide obstacle after obstacle for receiving my next 3 month supply of medication. I knew that I would encounter difficulties, so I initially began taking my meds every other day. As time went on, it was every 3rd day, until I had exhausted them all. The company didn't seem to care. My new physician, with a call in request, failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy so I could attempt to obtain it by other means. I needed help. Dr. Hayes recognized immediately that I was suffering from withdrawals. I had used the medicine for over 5 years straight. I was in a lot of pain and was no longer able to truly help myself. I am still recovering, but thanks to Dr. Hayes, I am almost back to my normal self again. Although Dr. Hayes' office has suffered during the Pandemic, like most other businesses, I appreciate that Dr. Hayes utilizes technology to continue treating patients. I enjoyed being able to complete all of my new patient paperwork online. It was so easy and is my preferred method of communication. I hate having actual documents to file. That was one thing I enjoyed doing most through my previous employer - filing documents electronically; everything from scanned images to emails. Overall, when Dr. Hayes is needed the most, he is there. I'm so thankful that God allowed Dr. Hayes to be a key player in my life. Very, very thankful for such a wonderful, intelligent, caring physician!!”

“Dominoes and I have a long history. When I was in nursing school at Christ hospital 1977-1980 they were the only company that delivered to our dorm. Domino’s was kept busy by the student nurses. Every time we order it’s something I always equate my dorm experience which was awesome. Fond fond memories! However last week, we ordered a pizza and I am telling you the truth it was the best pizza I’ve had had in too many years to count! We are in the midst of getting some of my dorm floor maids together and coming up with a movie night and guess what we are ordering for old time sake Domino’s Pizza! Everyone that I have texted/emailed think it is a fabulous idea. And it will be from the Batavia location!
