“I've been using 5.11 gear for years, they make great stuff. I went to the Cincinnati/Kenwood 5.11 store last weekend for a new MOAB Rush 10 bag and a pair of shorts. This is the first time I've been in a 5.11 store. The product selection is amazing... they seem to have at least one of everything made by 5.11 in stock. Chad was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me (we drove down from Dayton) and his patience with me was VERY appreciated! Great store, superb customer service... He set me up with the right information so that when I went into the store I knew exactly what I wanted. Also the VIP program is amazing here, I wouldn't buy a pair of shoes without having the VIP program first, you get so many benefits from free exchanges, random store credits throughout the year, they're literally handing me free money in the form of store credit multiple times a year.
