Club Pilates also offers a broad variety of types of classes as well as several levels, which means that it never gets old and there's always something new to learn or try! I'm a dancer who joined Club Pilates a year and a half ago to help with rehabilitation of a back injury. It's helped so much and I've seen great improvement in regaining strength and flexibility.
