“Secluded. Well maintained. More like a neighborhood than a trailer park. Only downside seems like a lot of turnaround in employment. So it's hard to build relationships. They also pressure you pretty hard to buy instead of rent. Quiet area. Never seen cops besides lockouts and emergencies. Besides covid, it has a great park area and pool. Maintenance is fairly fast and effective. I do pay near 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom and 1 of them is tiny. Thats with 60 for pets 50 for shed 40 for yard service. Water/sewage usually 20. It adds up. Besides that units are all electric so the ice storm was misery. Got to 24f inside my trailer. Overall its a great place. Everywhere has ups and downs.”

I was unable to pay the real price as i had been quoted a lower one over the phone. However, they were willing to work with me and even gave me a discount so i could afford the work. I definately plan on going back but will definately make sure i know who i talked to. But that's good practice anyways.”

“This was the best shopping experience we could have had! My husband and I had been on the search for a sectional for our living room. After a terrible experience at another business and shopping at multiple stores with too high prices for low quality items I was close to giving up. I came across this store on Google and we decided to see what it was about. As soon as we walked in the door we had the best customer service. We told them what we were looking for and they showed us around. They mentioned the Lovesac furniture but I disregarded it because I just assumed it would be way out of our budget. We looked around some more but didn't see anything that caught our eye. My husband and I both loved the look and functionality of the lovesac and spent quite a bit of time looking at it. The store spent time explaining how all of it worked and they ended up cutting us a deal for it that I would have never imagined! We left the same day with our new Lovesac sectional. It is the most amazing high quality furniture we have ever owned. Our kids love it almost as much as my husband and I. I will forever recommend this store to all of our friends! We are now searching for a new kitchen table so we will definitely be back to check them out!!”
