“Excellent customer service without any issues or complications. Rooms were large and spacious, were so nice and extremely clean, 2 large screen TVs, pull out couch/bed, brewed coffee available 24/7 with plenty of flavored creamers and sugars , breakfast in morning till 9am, Maid service was excellent. She was very sweet and patient with us in waiting for us to leave the room to clean it, provided us extra clean towels when needed, perfectly made beds with fresh sheets everyday. Everyone was so very friendly, especially the young lady from Brazil. Thank u Best Western Plus Executive Residency for providing us with such great service.”

“Booked a room for girls night away. Room was clean, working order. Nice view of the river and city lights from the 6th floor. Room service was a bit slow but the food was good. Hot tub was hot but the bubbles didn't work. Heated pool was warmer than a normal pool in January but still too cold to enjoy it. Staff were all friendly and fun to chat with.”

Cleanliness of the room and well lit property at night is so much appreciated!!!! That tells me that they do care, at that is rare these days. “This is a great place to stay for a few days. The good side... The room I had on the bottom floor was a lot better then I had hoped for. Front desk clerk was very cordial and made me feel at home. The not as good.... The breakfast was not much at all. Cereal, toast, oj and some of the worst coffee I've ever had. Bring your own towels if possible. The ones I had didn't smell fresh. All in all I enjoyed the stay though.”

“Clean, nicely laid out park. Decent rates and friendly, knowledgeable staff. WiFi needs work but I am aware that a fix is on the way. Satellite TV system works well. Clean laundry facilities, nice dog areas. Storm shelters just south of the office, enough for everyone in the park. Concrete pads make leveling easy. Haven't met anyone who wasn't friendly. Can't go wrong here. ????????????”

“I travel for work and this hotel has been a wonderful stay. The staff are exceptional and maintain a nice, clean and well run place to stay. The amenities of a Marriott property is great, and the location is perfect. It is truly in the heart of everything and within comfortable walking distance. I love that it is on the canal because that walkway provides a nice area to walk to restaurants, entertainment and shops. Highly recommend”

“Was underwhelmed when I first arrived. The whole block was under construction and the hotel appeared unfinished. But once I entered the lobby, it all changed. Modern design, large, open lobby area, the bed was very cozy and the room was excellent. I was a little late to the complimentary breakfast and found most of the good stuff was gone. The wonderful lady who was starting to clean up asked me what I would like and she made it fresh for me. Amazing!”

“Great place at a great price. This place is just a short walk from Bricktown. From the moment we checked in everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen. There are dishes and pans for cooking. Having a real coffee cup to relax and have a cup of coffee is fantastic. The bed was comfortable, even had nice pillows. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The eggs had random vegetation in them and I don't even know what veggie sausage is, but I know I don't ever want to taste it again. Overall, awesome place..”

“I made reservations at this hotel for two nights because it was so close to the activities we were in the city for. My husband got here before we (my daughter and I) did so I called the front desk to see if he could go ahead and check in without my cc and thankfully they let him. It was nice to just come up to our room. The hotel is spacious and smells clean, by the elevator you can get just a hint of the chlorine in the air coming from the heated indoor pool down the hall. The elevator has a loud chime hitting each floor. Our room was nice sized for us with two queen beds. It has cable tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer and ironing board. The beds feel like sleeping on clouds, it was so hard to have to get up to go indulge in the free hot/cold continental breakfast down by the lobby. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffle maker, fruit, cereal and etc. The hotel parking lot was filled up by early morning but it was still quiet in our room and hallways...so nice. Our daughter took advantage of the pool and gym, and even though the pool closes at 9pm they'll still let you swim as long as your quiet and don't disturb anyone. The staff is great and very accommodating. Our key cards kept deactivating, so we got to know the front desk very well! Besides the annoyance of the key cards and the air conditioner making a very light short noise when shutting off (sounded like someone opening a door), the cleaning staff hasn't come to clean our room either, so we made sure to keep our towels clean. We did enjoy our time here very much. It was nice to have a quiet, relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!!”

Everything is wrapped in plastic wrap. Like everything. Each individual piece of bread is wrapped in plastic in the morning, along with every bagel. Styrofoam cups are out for drinks. (Styrofoam? Why do we even make that anymore?) This place was environmentally like stepping back to 1995. I'm being generous with my rating considering that.”
