“LINDA IS A LIFESAVER. I had an issue with staff only picking part of my online order and then telling me they were sold out. When I checked the shelves each time my item was there. I brought this up multiple times in the past only to be treated quite rudely. When I mentioned my issue to a manager today everything changed. Despite my being upset Linda was understanding and helpful. She helped to resolve the issue and made me feel like I had been heard as a customer. I cannot aspouse enough how helpful she was.
