“He is the best! He has been life-changing and I am speaking from both long-term experience, as well as recent. My former physician was an OSU Medical School graduate and it was once a dream of mine to be as well. I think very highly of D.O.'s because they allow the patient to be involved with their healthcare. After losing my physician to his untimely death, I knew obtaining one particular medication would be troublesome. However, I never expected it to become a 7 month challenge! As I laid writhing in pain, my spouse reached out to Dr. Hayes. I had become unbearable to be around and I wasn't handling life very well... I had been receiving my medicine through the Abbvie Patient Assistance Program. A company who should understand their own warnings on their medications, continued to provide obstacle after obstacle for receiving my next 3 month supply of medication. I knew that I would encounter difficulties, so I initially began taking my meds every other day. As time went on, it was every 3rd day, until I had exhausted them all. The company didn't seem to care. My new physician, with a call in request, failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy so I could attempt to obtain it by other means. I needed help. Dr. Hayes recognized immediately that I was suffering from withdrawals. I had used the medicine for over 5 years straight. I was in a lot of pain and was no longer able to truly help myself. I am still recovering, but thanks to Dr. Hayes, I am almost back to my normal self again. Although Dr. Hayes' office has suffered during the Pandemic, like most other businesses, I appreciate that Dr. Hayes utilizes technology to continue treating patients. I enjoyed being able to complete all of my new patient paperwork online. It was so easy and is my preferred method of communication. I hate having actual documents to file. That was one thing I enjoyed doing most through my previous employer - filing documents electronically; everything from scanned images to emails. Overall, when Dr. Hayes is needed the most, he is there. I'm so thankful that God allowed Dr. Hayes to be a key player in my life. Very, very thankful for such a wonderful, intelligent, caring physician!!”

They make me aware of everything that is going on with my vehicle and they always have HOT coffee brewed up for their beloved customers. I still live in Tulsa and moved further from this location, but I still continue to drive out of the way just to use this location due to the excellent service they provide. This location is 5 star and very professional. I highly recommend!! “Had a some pretty high winds that knocked a tree through our bedroom ceiling at 1:30am we called Nosak and he got his team together and came out as quickly as possible. He got the trees off the roof and helped put tarps down to stop the leaking and is coming back to trim the limbs that broke. Great experience with the emergency tree removal services.”
