“Schedule and appointment at this office! They are great and will get you taken care of! Today was my first appointment at this office. Having extreme tooth pain, the scheduler got me in quickly. Arrived at office and the girls already had my insurance and everything ready to go for my appointment. Very well organized office. My assistant that was with me was very caring and had an easy touch since I was in so much pain. The young lady that had to come in and numb me was also very nice and patient and understood my pain so she gave me extra numbing, knowing I would need it. Dr. Aaron unfortunately had to squeeze in my root canal at my new patient appointment and he was very nice, understanding, professional. I could tell I put the staff in a bind by squeezing in my procedure but they were still very nice and patient, I am very very thankful. Thank you to all of you today. Hard work like this often goes unnoticed and you all are a great team!!! Thank you thank you!!!”

“Now there are 3 eye doctors at the clinic. I’ve been seen by all and all are knowledgeable, kind and listen to your questions. The office staff is also helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you understand. I’ve had cataract surgery done by Dr Hogue with excellent results. With the lens implants I’ve got perfect vision and don’t need glasses. Recently I had a change in my eye sight and Dr. Hogue zapped my eye with a laser. There is nothing to it. Over time the “sac”can get cloudy and this procedure takes away the cloudiness. Don’t think twice about going to see any of these doctors. They are all excellent!.”

“Abnormally long wait. I took my two nieces and their cousin there to get them enrolled locally. They had WIC in Grove, Ok, their WIC office there set up an appointment for me to have all three girls there at 10 a.m. with their children. (Thank God above I had a van!!) Three moms with 5 children all under 3 years old. When we got there we checked in. One woman was working with an illegal Hispanic woman who could not speak English, she was arguing with the WIC intake worker that "she had to give her food for he bambinos or I call la Policia!" There were three other women in behind the frazzled worker cracking jokes, drinking coffee NOT ONE of them opened another window. There were at least 2 windows that I could see. There may have been a third, I can not say. They finally got Security to make the Hispanic woman with her 5 kids leave. My husband was translating for me, my Spanish is a little rusty. I can understand but not speak it any more. I have been in Oklahoma toooo long. They told her to get her green card and come back. By the time my first niece got to talk to them it was already 11:05!!. We were an hour and 5 minutes late with an APPOINTMENT!! My advice is if they aren't keeping uour appointment, go up demand to be rescheduled, and go home!! In the middle of my niece's appointment that we were there ON TIME FOR, she excused herself, went to the bathroom, got a soda, then started the interview over!! Try to get an appointment anywhere but there!!”

Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcoming to all 3 of my kids every time we visit. They are gentle and kind anytime my kids are getting a dental procedure done or even a regular check up. We actually just left the clinic. My daughter had a crown placed and as always, Dr Liz Kellner and her staff made sure she was comfortable the entire time.
