This was my first time getting something altered, so I was a little nervous and had NO idea what I was doing. Ruby was very kind, helpful, and patient with me. Pricing was good, dress was completed quickly, and the quality is amazing! I highly recommend taking your projects to Ruby!

I needed the waistband of some jeans taken in, and this was my first experience getting clothes altered. I found Ruby because she was close by and had great reviews. Turns out she lives up to the hype! All three pairs of jeans now fit perfectly - better than any pair of jeans I've owned in the past. Never again will I wear off-the-shelf jeans without giving them The Ruby Touch! The pricing was very reasonable and the results are *chef's kiss*!

Ruby is a gem! Super responsive, incredibly skilled. I came to her with two dresses that needed alterations in under a week. She finished early and the fit is perfection!! I could not recommend her services enough, and will definitely be back in the future.
