I called the Gresham store and Tom walked me through the process and then delivered the chair the same day, on his way home from work! In This day and age, caring customer service like that is hard to come by. The monthly rental rate is very reasonable too. I rented a hospital bed six years ago and also had a good experience. What a great business!”

Since we have a pending trip, time was of the essence, and because of Jeff’s parts knowledge he knew exactly where to get the new boiler with in a week. The installation went smooth and we were again back on the road. The refrigerator has never ever worked so good. Way to go JEFF and Sandy for your outstanding customer service.”
