King's Court Apartments

So far so good. Living here for the past year and moving out of a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom.

Not sure of the move cost etc yet, but so far no huge complaints.

Place is well maintained.
Mantanice crew fixed couple issues in timely manner.

Older building, so it'll have old building issues. Nothing too crazy.

Spacious apartment with nice amount of storage and closet space. Nice walk ways nearby and close to shopping, schools, doctors, dentists, etc. great location, lots of parking, friendly neighbors, friendly staff, and quick maintenance that does a good job. Highly recommend these apartments. We have lived in a lot of apartments over the years but these are my favorite by far.

"Happy with my choice" is my reaction to being here nearly two years.
And I haven't even tried the pool yet!
I'm a single male and the apartment interior is very conveniently arranged, but I wasn't expecting to be living in such a handsome environment--lots of greenery
I've had little case to request help from the office staff or the very competent service personnel, but all my interactions with them have been quickly handled--and politely!
I'm happy!
