(January 16, 2020, 2:20 pm)Lived here for more than 5 years and not a single time we encountered any kind of problem..Their maintanence service is just beyond awesome..whenever we had emergency maintanence during any holiday time when the staff is not there..then also these people made sure that they provide the service.. Staff is always friendly, the apartments are well maintained, cleanliness in the entire community.. They deserve 5 stars.

Very good place to live in Beaverton, OR --> considering the price -

Management Staffs are very helpful right from the begin, normal rent for the location, near to MAX station which is a bug plus. Thanks and Keep up the good service. -
