Chris found that not only was the Caulking failing, ...the Gutter was clogged as well. He Re-Caulked, Cleaned the Gutter, and then as a test, flooded the Gutter with Water, to ensure that his repair met and exceeded my expectations. I am happy to post an outstanding review.
