Ive had 2 small maintenance requests and both times the maintenance men communicated with me professionally and took care of it within 24 hours. Manager also responds to emails quickly.

(March 23, 2022, 5:44 pm)I have loved living here. Great location, great maintenance team, and office staff. Been lucky to have good neighbors. Always friendly and polite. Everyone has an assigned parking space. Apartments have dishwasher, washer and dryer, in wall heating and in wall air conditioning. One down side is visitor parking is at the lower parking and have designated area. I feel that it would be better to not assign visitor parking in the lower lot since it’s already a kind of long walk back up the hill depending on which apartment complex you are visiting. Either way i would recommend living here.

(October 23, 2017, 7:58 pm)My husband and I moved in almost a month ago, and so far we love it! We were able to pick form a couple different floor plans and color schemes. We loved having different options! They have such lovely amenities as well. We have two dogs, and our apartment backs up to a large green area with a walking path near the river our dogs love! They generously supply dog cleanup stations all over the complex which helps to keep the grounds clean as well. I would highly recommend River Ridge to anyone looking for an amazing place to live, with incredible and friendly staff!
