“They're doing their best. I've known a lot of these pharmacy staff through the pandemic and they always have my stuff ready when I can get to it. They deserve your respect and patience. What happened to the respect for frontline workers? You are one of a whole lot of people they have to care about, in a legally medical setting, which currently requires masks. The line always sucks, I'm sorry to say. For the pickup window, park near the spots for online order pickup, come in the more center entrance, by the deli, take a right past the Starbucks, a left at the shampoo and first aid aisle, and you will find yourself in continently in the line for the pickup window at the pharmacy. I have my meds on autofill and I get texted when they are available for pickup. Some more serious products are not eligible for autofill, but it's not too hard to call 'em in. I am given ample time for pickup, as I am not always able to go as soon as they are ready (which is usually before I'm out of what I need). Idk much but I think some of these reviews are really harsh considering the volume I consistently see them working with here.”

“After struggling with Walgreens and their apparent understaffing, indefinitely long hold times, and annoying automated phone system, this Costco pharmacy seems amazing! Someone answers the phone right away and they seem to be well trained. Aside from the fact one can't drive through to pick up prescriptions, it's just a lot less hassle overall.”

“Highly recommend this team. Dr. Winters cares a lot and doesn’t seem to disregard what you say. Her assistant Jess is amazing and we’re always greeted with a smile from the receptionist when we come in. They all seem genuinely interested and caring of my baby. They respond to messages on the portal with phone calls pretty quickly. If they don’t have an answer to something they get into contact with someone who does or can help too.”

“The prescriptions are rarely there when I go in to get them. The staff is friendly and seem to understand that they're to expect hostility when they are so understaffed as to be bordering on dangerous. Someday they're going to screw up and someone is going to subpoena their staffing records and make a lot of money off of pain and suffering. Let the buyer beware. The five star ratings here MUST be employees and relatives. I'll take a picture of the line sometime and post it here. UPDATE: Things are much better here now. 1 star to 4.”

“Camellia and her staff provided the best care for my mom. Care for the residents is phenomenal. The staff care about each resident and involve them in daily activities. They do a great a job with food preparation. Home cooked (no institutional food), including bake goods. There is nowhere else that we would want our mother, who is experiencing dementia, to be. I could not be anymore pleased with the care at Springwater. I highly recommend them!”
