I like the selection of incence is what I usually get. Plus their cigarette prices are lower than any competitor around. I also think that customer service is the best you can have at HOP. The employees are super nice and very grateful if you have stopped in to patron the store. Super clean and a great store over all, with A+ customer service is why it gets 5 stars. They've always been accommodating about shipping to my location in California and recommending the latest products in the Shiseido line that'd be suitable for my skin type! Most recently, the package I ordered with a few hundred dollars' worth of Shiseido skincare never made it to me -- I was devastated at the prospect of losing all of those products (not to mention my $$). I called the store and they sent me another order right away, no questions asked. They even included tracking information so I could keep tabs on its location as it made its way across state lines. We had been getting price quotes for quartz countertops for our kitchen from larger and more well know businesses. A trip to Budget Granite was the best thing that could have happened. They have super pricing for both material and instillation. They have access to the same brand name quartz material as any other retailer. This family own business is well established. They are very responsive and prompt with email replies and/or phone calls. The team of installers are equally as amazing. I would highly recommend them!”
