“My wife and I just moved into New Oxford area and I looked for a near- by barbershop. Found Jenette's and noted the sign on the door before I entered that appointments were necessary, but walk-ins would be serviced if time allowed. I walked in and was politely told time was not available at that particular time but I could schedule an appointment for later. Janett gave me a business card and I called a few days later and left a message that I would like an appointment. I received a call less than 24 hours later ( around 9 am ) and was told I could come in at 10 am or later in the afternoon that day.... or any other future time that was available. I chose the 10am slot. I could not be more pleased with the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of the shop, the promptness of being able to get my hair cut., and the haircut itself Having the appointment meant no waiting. A real pleasant experience overall.”
