“100% satisfied with our granite countertop replacement. Cathy at the Wexford office was WONDERFUL to work with. She was very knowledgeable, accurate and efficient to reply to our questions, providing suggestions and quotes. They do offer a nice selection of in-stock granites that are budget friendly, or they can order in the luxury quartz or granites. Our order qualified for the free sink and faucet promotion; nice selection and both are of good quality. They kept every appointment date/time set when we signed the contract and they notified us when they were on their way to our house. The installation crew was GREAT. Worked quickly, respected us and our house and definitely performed a quality installation. Our kitchen had a couple custom cabinetry/layout situations that they did an EXCELLENT job addressing and kept caulk joints amazingly thin and tight. We found a minor issue due to our custom layout after the installation crew left. Cathy had them return the next business day and in 10 minutes the install crew completely resolved the minor issue. I definitely recommend YQ based on our pleasant experience with the overall project.”

“Good product, at a reasonable price. Dinged 1 star because they only sent one installer since it was a small job. As a result they underdelivered their promise of moving all furniture in and out. I had to help, which was fine. Two years after install the carpet began to wrinkle. With a quick call they sent out a couple techs to re-stretch and all is great again!”

This shopping experience was most enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! I recently went into PC Richard in Hanover to look around for gift ideas. I was sick of going into stores like Best Buy and wasting my time looking for someone to help me. PC Richard is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Jeff, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered his assistance. I am glad I ran into him since he is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy. The store has a good selection of products and great sales. This was a nice shopping experience - hopefully my last until after Christmas!”
