We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered.
