“Had to go to laundromat, first time in about 10 years. These machines are equipped to scan chipped credit cards. No need for cash. But they takes quarters also. Change machine in front. Cost is based on size of washer and water temperature. Dryers are $.25 per 5 minutes, so $1 for 20 minutes. Can't complain. Towels were dry in under 30 minutes.”

I'd called on a Sunday, expecting to get an answering machine and was surprised to have my call answered by a live person. By Monday evening, my carpets were cleaned. Fastest turn around ever! Bill got rid of years of unsightly marks, including pet stains, on the light taupe hall carpet, including the stairs. The carpet looks new again. I will definitely call them for my next carpet job and highly recommend them for yours!”

They took extra measures making sure I did not have mold issues in the future. Since then I have used them several more times at my personal home. They said they can't figure out who they gave my comforter to. While they admit it's there mistake, 6 months later I have received no phone call from the owner as promised and no compensation for the comforter! That's no way to do business. Edit- Owner called 3 weeks ago after this review and said he would compensate me and that a check would be forthcoming. I have received nothing to date. NOTHING.”
