(October 31, 2018, 1:14 pm)They were awesome from the time I walked in the door. Very understanding of a diabetic who does not do well with new procedures. They went above and beyond to me feel comfortable.
(October 26, 2018, 1:49 pm)I was dealing with a problem on my face for months. My prior dermatologist didn’t help me whatsoever.
I called so many places that stated that they were either not taking new patients, or didn’t accept my insurance.
When I called PA DERM, they knew just from my call that I was frustrated, and upset.
They got me in immediately. The entire staff were not only extremely professional, but empathetic as well. Dr. S was GREAT!!! I couldn’t be any happier.
Everyone was thorough, and answered any questions that I had. I would refer anyone to this office.
It’s been quite some time that I was treated as a person rather than what my insurance pays, and I want to thank you for that and everything else. Other offices should take lessons.
