(August 4, 2018, 1:10 pm)What a great experience. Bought a used bike a few months back, while there my wife purchased a new TREK. Riding my bike it was making a clicking sound. I planned on taking it back when I had time. Between graduation parties and everything else in life I didn't really have the time to drive up there. Finally made time for today as we are leaving for vacation Next week. I walked in expecting to leave the bike for the majority of the week. The tech came and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and was surprised when He stated that He was going to take the bike up and look at it. He put it on the stand and went over it, heard the clicking and it just happened to be out of adjustment. He adjusted the shifter on the back, and asked to take it for a quick ride to verify it was good. Brought it back, said it was good to go. That was so much easier than expected. I must say that between the experience Me and my Wife had purchasing the bikes and the service, you all have a top notch business. And thank you for the great customer service.

(June 21, 2018, 2:45 pm)This is our go to bike shop for purchasing and servicing our Trek bikes. Their staff demonstrate the utmost knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. They have the best prices on Trek in the area, couldn't find them cheaper online. Repairs are done correctly and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this establishment.
