“Located conveniently between the Neshaminy Mall and Philadelphia Mills. The room was impeccably clean. Great service by the staff, including front desk and maintenance. In the shower there was a way to control the water pressure, which I thought was cool. It's saying much that the only issue I had was the towels were very hard.”

“Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, I'm traditionally a Marriott loyalist who very rarely visits Hilton properties for personal travel, but based upon my family's needs this location was the most ideal. Room The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was spacious, my only concern is the slickness of the floor tile in the bathroom, I almost slipped in the bathroom. The mattresses were impressive, almost looking new. Food The breakfast, which was included, was organized, clean and the dining area was spacious, the selection ranged from the savory to healthy, satisfying my family's needs. Staff The staff was really friendly and able to check-in my family and I quickly and without issue. “Very nice staff, I liked talking with all of them. I think they are over worked and under staffed, some things are not fixed the way they should be in the rooms and around the hotel. Very nice breakfast! Management are helpful, but once again they are stressed out over things that are not repaired like they should be. For example: the lobby PCs only work once in a while, had a broken closet door in one room. It's not really bad, but it could be better!”
