The Hoagies were fresh and generous, it was so reasonably priced, plates and napkins were supplied. Most important the Hoagies were delicious and enjoyed by all. I even called ahead to get direct email addresses and let whomever answered know that I would be sending the info. 3 of the 4 NEVER EVEN RESPONDED. Henry was the only one that got back to me promptly, and he called me personally. He didn't hand me off to an assistant or junior agent. Unfortunately the rates weren't competitive enough for me to switch but the service was excellent. I won't forget that.”
