“Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours. I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people. It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to. The car has some body damage, but Moe was extremely up front and honest about this and other defects. In one day, Moe met up with me, let me test drive, had the car fully inspected at a Honda dealership, replaced all 4 tires and the battery, touched up a couple spots on the exterior AND met with me later in the evening to finalize the sale. He gave me a very good deal, and was extremely helpful all along. I would highly recommend, and plan to check here with Moe first next time I am looking to buy a car.”

My previous cell phone provider kept us on hold for over 3 hours. He endured listening to their pre-recorded message repeating over and over. He basically fought for me against the failing service provider I had before. Other customers came in for simple fixes and he was able help them plus assist me AND assist incoming calls.
