Rafferty fortified my faith in Subaru w/ a competitive deal & excellent service. I had purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from another area dealer & had a bad experience. I was tempted to explore other options but I loved the vehicle & needed to find something for my wife.

We spent a good deal of time looking at the Subaru Ascent before finally deciding to get serious about buying. We identified three dealerships that had the model we were looking for and then began the negotiations process. We had a good experience at another dealership but couldn't get close enough on price. At that point, we went to Rafferty. We worked with Dave Maida who made the process very easy. Rafferty was able to give us the deal we were looking for and also had the exact model and color we were looking for. Car shopping with three kids in tow is not easy but Dave took care of things for us prior to closing the deal. We agreed on price on a Friday evening and the car was ready for us at the time we agreed to on Saturday afternoon. All we had to do was come in and finalize the paperwork.
