“I brought my 22 month old and she loved it! the teacher was great with the kids and each week was different! the only downside is the parent needs to be very involved. Parents of multiple small childeren wouldnt be able to help both at the same time and would not be able to go.”

“I was near Lancaster for a few days and went to two CrossFit classes here and they were both great. I emailed them first and I received a welcoming reply quickly. The coaches were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My fellow classmates were friendly too. I would return here if I’m ever in the area again. One additional plus to this location is that they have instructions on their website what to do if you’re a drop in which I don’t see at many other facilities.”
