“I didn't plan on giving 5 stars... but applause is not just due when things are done right the first time, but when things are made right if it takes a "second time". As humans, we all need to have grace for others and it's not about getting things perfect the first time as much as service and making things right. I had a tire blow out at 85 mph and my truck was towed to their shop. While the early communication wasn't super clear about timeline or what to expect, I was informed my truck was ready a few days later. The short version is that I didn't get far without another flat on the patched/fixed tire - and didn't have any spare to put on my "fixed" tire. So, in my opinion I paid and got nothing... just a few days without my daily-driver, and then rescheduled my evening to pick up a truck that wasn't fixed. Later that evening when I spoke with the owner (who wasn't in the shop that day when they repaired the tire), he promised he would make things right. The next day he informed me they would replace both front tires as they hadn't properly handled the first round of issues... and as a fellow business owner, I know that people make mistakes and can overlook things but what's most important is what happens next. In this case, I would actually use this shop again and trust they will look out for my best interests. I appreciate the service and will be a return customer.”

“Listen, I'm not the type to leave reviews everywhere I go lol but after today's visit, I definitely will. Vlad 100% turned my day around. From the "how can I help you" to "Have a good day" My battery died on me, they helped me as soon as I walked into the store. Long story short, my battery died completely from one minute to the next. Imagine the stress that came upon me. They said they can charge it for free for 4 hours, I agreed. Came back battery didn't take charge. They closed at 830pm, it was passed 830 and were still willing to help (Yari) was her name. They showed me different batteries, they gave me recommendations and they didn't hound me to buy a battery. If anything they told me to order it online and I could get 20% off as well. I went home... Purchased one of the batteries they recommended. Came in today with my 4 year old after having a stressful morning (over my car not starting) & me needing to go to work. & boom everything changed. I ordered the wrong size and Vlad was quick to fix the problem, he was talkative and overall a good, patient and knowledgeable person. He changed my battery with no issue, we went in got checked out and I left a REALLY REALLY happy customer. 5/5 no questions asked.”

“I needed an engine rebuild and found this shop by reference from another business. Never had previous contact with these two guys. After talking to them and discussing what I needed and going down the pricing road I went to these folks for the work to be done.. My truck is a 2005 Cummins in a dodge tk. My engine was overhauled and upgraded with a cam headbolts air intake etc. It was done in a timely and professional way. They are young and certainly well knowledge and experienced in all phases of diesel work with all the big three powerplants. Their shop is no joke. You need it done then go there and get it done. My end price was not as agreed but it had to be more and I understood with no trouble.at all. End result is two young go getters that I wish the best to and believe it will happen. They are easy to talk to and will talk to you in a manner that will make you understand and be comfortable with them and great end results too! I have waited to post this for months and miles.
