Great location, easy on/off to major highways, restaurants, night clubs and shopping. Stayed here during a snowstorm and the lot was plowed quickly. Great place to stay for a business trip.”

“So .... On the weekends they have yard sales out front. You pay to have a spot there in the front to set up shop. Now to stay there, they do have nice rooms. I do believe they have some with kitchens. However, my boyfriend and I wasn't married and they had an issue about that. I don't want to call them Bible thumpers, but they do go by the book! After some convincing, they let us stay in the same room. But they are clean and sweet! They also have a pool so that's always nice.”

“The hosts Ed and Stephanie were extremely accommodating. They passionately wanted you to enjoy your stay, socializing in a comfortable and family-like manner. They had plenty of suggestions for activites to do while visiting, and always offered directions if needed. However, I wish Ed talked more about his background in Computer Science. Breakfast was wholesomely cooked from scratch every morning by Stephanie, along with freshly brewed beverages. The living quarters provided were well kept, maintained and comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. Views of the well-kept yard and surrounding foundations truly add to the historic beauty of this home and the land surrounding it. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to another staying in or near the Millersville area!”

“Check in was easy. Our tent campsite was rather small for our 10x17 tent but it did the trick. It was nestled up against a cornfield. The whole area is close to everything Amish. People lament the fact that the stay is a maximum of 15 days. I was there for three nights. The price was great and they gave a lot of coupons for local businesses. The bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The pool is great. The free Amish bus tour was also very good. Highly recommend.”

“They recently remodeled part of the original chocolate factory into a boutique Hilton hotel. Spacious modern and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, big bathrooms. Everything is spotless and new. Wonderful service at the front desk and great service, food and drinks in the restaurant which what packed on a Saturday night. Located right in the middle of everything in a cute little town filled with restaurants/bars and shops. It was a great couple of days in Lititz.”

“We loved the Bowman! Our room was comfortable with a wonderful king size bed. There were some very nice additions I e items that one may have forgotten. Full display of brochures for the area. Loved the gardens. No mosquitoes! Place to sit and visit. Breakfast was perfect! Best part of B and B we’re the hosts, Diane and Scott. They were gracious, helpful and very friendly. They did everything to make us comfortable. They succeeded. We would love to return !”

“Nice sites, great pool and lots of activities for children. The storage for campers in the entrance is a real eye sore. There could be several more sites if the run down campers were moved somewhere else or disposed of. This campground is very well maintained and the staff do a great job keeping up with the grounds. One of the nicest TT campgrounds we’ve been to.”

Such a gracious, loving host and so much appreciated! “This BnB wins every category. Our stay was full of thoughtfulness & comfort; the house is lovely, the breakfast amazing, & the inn keeper friendly & awesome to be around. If you forgot to bring something there’s a full stock of anything you might need, & the rooms are stocked as well. The area is central to many restful or exciting things to do like trails & parks, but Hershey is also nearby. I’d give 10 stars if I could :)”

“Carter Run Inn was a delightful private stop in Lititz! We had the first floor suite with a lovely sitting room and roomy bath. The private entrance to the kitchen from our room made it possible to make a cup tea in the late evening. Breakfast was a splendid continental spread with fresh fruit salad each day. The owners were personable and friendly and available but allowed us to also maintain our privacy!”

“Great stay while in the Lancaster area! Was able to get an ealy check in without problem. Very well taken care of property. Rooms, grounds, pool, and restaurant were all very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and cold during our summer visit. Breakfast at Cafe 24 was terrific and the servers were friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.”
