I wish I knew her name, but the nurse and Donna were absolutely amazing during that procedure. They made it light and made me feel so comfortable, using appropriate humor and conversation. They explained the entire procedure in detail multiple times, and answered any questions I had honestly and in a way that I could easily understand. They also talked me through everything as it was happening which was great.
