It seems that nothing is coordinated between them, it requires many frustrating calls and much wasted time, to finally get any type of answer. It is not just with O'Connor's Office, it is in the entire Einstein system. A shame, with such a beautiful new Hospital, I'll be surprised if they're still open in 5 years.”
