“Fair pricing and a decent amount of promotions and deals. Staff is always pleasant and the lines are usually handles quickly. The online order experience is pretty great too. They accept competitor coupons which is a huge plus. Overall I prefer their store to A.C. Moore, but it depends on your craft of choice which is the more competent store. My wife does polymer clay crafts, and the price point at Michael's in comparison to JoAnn and A.C. Moore is better.”
