The man who did our estimate didn’t think we should drive our car because the airbag light was on after our rear end collision. He felt that it wasn’t safe. They got us a rental car and made us feel comfortable despite our situation. I really appreciate everything everyone at Duncan did for us that day and will recommend them to everyone. “There have been two occasions within the past couple of years involving an AC issue and a Battery Draining/Dying issue. On the AC issue, a local auto dealer wanted to charge around $1400 to fix what turned out (after Jerry checked it out) to be a non issue only requiring recharging the system. After two years the AC is still working perfectly. Jerry's charge to find and fix this "non broken" problem was about 10% of what the Ford dealer wanted. Today I took my car over because the battery was draining/dying. Jerry checked the system and found that apparently the battery connections were loose, which was my fault as I had recently changed a battery and apparently failed to tighten the cables properly. His charge was a handshake. It's great knowing that there is an auto repair facility where you can trust the advice, the repairs, and the price charged. J. Moeller, W.C.”

This latest visit was needed because my wife bought some aftermarket tire stem caps for her jeep (they look like little hand grenades). Anyway, they got completely stuck on the stem threads and were not removable.... yeah, dont buy those. Alex's fixed up all the stems and saved the pressure sensores. GREAT JOB. Fast and courteous!
