“If you’re looking for a farm experience, look no further! My husband and I stayed at Flint Hill Farm this past weekend and had the greatest time! Kathy was such a generous host and makes an amazing breakfast! The dairy product were made from the cows on the farm and to compliment we had homemade bread and jams. There are pigs, ducks, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, dogs, cats and cows! You can tell from the moment you step onto the farm that these animals are loved and well taken care of. If you want to work, they will put you to work, all you have to do is ask. They also have cheese making classes and blacksmith classes. I highly recommend staying at the farm or visiting for the day with your family. We will absolutely be coming back! Thanks again for a great stay!”

“I travel a lot for work and stay at hotels all over. I stayed at this particular hotel because I needed one close to the airport for an early morning flight, so I was really only there for a few hours. The rate was super reasonable and they were less than 10 minutes from the airport. The area of this hotel in general was nice because there was a large gas station with food options, and a couple restaurants in walking distance, but was on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle so it was quiet. The service was great and they offer free shuttle rides to the airport (I had a rental, so didn't use it). The hotel itself was either brand new or just remodeled so it was very clean and nice. My room was small, but it had everything I needed and was very cozy and immaculately clean. Really impressed and would definitely stay again. I didn't get to try any breakfast, so I don't have any comments about that.”

“Stayed here for a week while my apartment was getting ready and truly had an amazing stay. My room was clean and bed super comfortable, hot breakfast every morning and coffee 24 hours. shout out to the girls at the front desk. They really took care of me and my dog, and the sweet breakfast lady in the mornings and the maintenance guy! beautiful stay and I look forward to coming back again.”

“The hotel staff were friendly. Parking was great! I was surprised at how many spaces were available. I was there for a conference; the room temperature was very comfortable! I've been to conferences around the country and this is one of a few hotels where I didn't freeze. The one complaint I have is the ladies room next to the conference hall only had 3 stalls. Poor planning! It would take longer to explain why that makes no sense than the lines that formed outside of the ladies room at break time (the lengths of both are astronomical)! They offer overnight parking at a fee which is probably for people who are not guests of the hotel.”

“As the years pass the experience of going out to dinner seems to have changed dramatically. Reflecting on my childhood I recall that my parents would only take us out for dinner on special occasions and as such, going out to dinner was always a treat - an experience, if you will. In today's world dinner seems more of an inconvenience for most, and we, the customers, are herded like cattle into restaurants and provided with food, drink and a bill as quickly as possible as to make the table available for another sale. The Cascade Lodge provides a dining EXPERIENCE. I took my parents to this wonderful establishment to celebrate my Fathers 65th birthday. I wanted to take him somewhere special, somewhere where I could convey the love and admiration that this family has for him - The Cascade Lodge was my first pick, and the perfect one. The food was absolutely delectable! Each of our meals was prepared just as we had preferred, all of which were hot, fresh, and pleasantly presented. Danielle was our server this evening and her wonderful balance of professionalism and charm enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend dining at the Cascade Lodge to any of my family and friends. What better way to celebrate any relationship than over good food in an atmosphere that is soft, welcoming, and relaxed. ”

Beautiful place on the river, with impeccable rooms, food and service. The breakfast was really, really good.
