“We have two leashes with leash pouches and two dog beds from this company amongst other items of clothing. We honestly couldn't be happier. The beds make travel so much easier as everything folds up neatly into one contained space and allows us to just unzip when we arrive at our destination. The leashes are recycled climbing rope and are so soft but durable. We also LOVE the leash bag because it holds all of our personal belongings when on a walk with our furry friends. We will probably buy one of everything Spruce makes, can't recommend them enough!”

The main room was super clean and the staff - including the owner who was behind the desk and who helped me - was very friendly. The emailed report about the car is very detailed and easy to understand. The final total was exactly as expected. It took about 90 minutes from dropping the car off to picking it up. So, professional & friendly staff, a hands-on owner, clean public areas, excellent value for the work that was done, and great communication both before and after the appointment. The blueberry scone was exceptional: Fresh blueberries (a rarity), glazed with coarse sugar crystals, lightly browned, airy and an appealing triangle. We got 2 cookies and a cinnamon biscuit.
