“I would have given Omega a 5 star review had their customer service done their job. The Salesman who came to the house was very nice, and explained everything we needed to know. We felt at ease making the choice to go with this company. We gave the down payment and in 3 days someone was out to measure the windows. We were told approximately 6 to 8 weeks the windows would be in and ready to install. 6 weeks passed and no calls, no emails no communicate at all. 7 weeks passed and I finally called and asked about when were the windows coming in. I was told they should be in the end of that week, making that the 8th week. 9 weeks no phone call , nothing... 11 weeks, my husband called and they told him we'd get a call the following week to confirm installation. Week 12 we get the date for installation. Week 13 finally they were installed. Now if I could just rate the 2 guys who did a GREAT JOB!!! I'd give them a 5 STAR.. They showed up on time, worked all day, never took a break, cleaned up, made sure they put drop cloths down so they didn't get the floors dirty. Even brought different shoes to wear in the house. They were really nice guys, very polite. I have to say I'm so very happy with our windows.”

“Me and my boyfriend (6”4) walked in the door looking for a suit jacket and a shirt and tie for a funeral an amazing employee came up to us and asked if we needed help I told him exactly what I needed and he jumped into action measured for the perfect jacket size that was long enough and nicely fitted .. he then asked about the other colors he would be wear and then measured his arm length then pick out the perfect size once again ..he was soo knowledgeable and kind we will definitely be coming back sadly I do not remember his name but dude definitely deserves a raise”

“Great shop and excellent customer service. I found a puncture in my tire and tried to find a place that could order me a new tire so I could travel home to Ohio. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so I had no way to determine if it was a fixable puncture or a non-fixable sidewall issue. Tire Rack had my tire on backorder until Sept, and a lot of the bigger shops in the area couldn’t even order it. Did a quick Google search and found West Point Auto Works. Rob at West Point Auto Works was able to order my tire, get it shipped in only 2 days, and then squeezed me in without an appointment to get me fixed up and on my way home. They were even able to repair the punctured tire instead of replacing with a new tire, so now I have a brand new tire for when I need them replaced. Good to have considering the scarcity of this tire. They also have a touchless tire mounter, which did not scratch my forged wheels. Would recommend West Point Auto Works to anyone. Picture of my car cause I love it ;)”

“A quaint and much-needed gem just outside of Pottstown proper. The bee motif/decor all over the cafe was really cute. We ordered an iced caramel oat milk latte and a lavender latte - both were yummy! Keep in mind for the summer months that the AC is limited in the cafe (or it might only be reliant on fans to keep it cool), so it can get warm here. Baked goods are a limited selection and depend on the day. Highly recommend and will visit again!”

Salesman (Shawn) showed us a few different options, was very knowledgeable with all the different models, and most importantly for us, did not push to sell, we didn’t feel pressured into making any decisions & was able to feel comfortable in the decision we made. We found the perfect camper for us and put a deposit for them to hold it. They made the process very easy and we’re happy to walk us through the process and answer any questions. They even held it for us for 4 wks to allow us to save more $ to put towards the down payment. When we went to sign and pick it up they did the walk through and went over every detail and took the time to answer all of our questions. This was our first time buying and owning so once we got it home and set up we didn’t have any issues with the set up and we’re very confident bc they had explained everything in detail and answered all our questions.
