“People on here complaining about their policy should really learn the healthcare and their out of pocket. 1. NHPRI does NOT have ANYTHING to do with your policy terming , that is HeathSource RI and the state . They state who you are assigned to and your coverage NOT Neighborhood. So for the people complaining about being terminated be mad that 1 you didn't do as HeathSource wanted or 2 HeathSource messed up your eligibility (no surprise there) Also for the exchange members, learn your out of pocket costs before going to the Dr and what out of pocket deducible and copays mean. Doctors can not bill you for MORE than what your policy states, so if your being balanced billed that is a problem with that doctors office . The insurance also can NOT tell a member what they pay a provider, they can only tell you what YOUR responsibility is.”
