“Their tech was very cordial and stuck to his original quoted rate although I think he spent much longer on our clog than he anticipated. He ended up having to try all three of the vents for access, including under the house which eventually allowed him to get to the clog. The whole process took awhile, but by no fault of the tech's. And I wasn't rushed so I appreciated the thoroughness. Also, these guys were able to get out at least 1/2 day faster than anyone else, which was very important with our clog and back-up causing the whole house to basically shut down any water use. I would recommend to anyone.”
