Most of the bad reviews on here are people who complain when they get called out for not following policy or have issues with respect (I know a couple of them). Obviously if you are not a decent human being you will have complaints about everything.
I lived here for almost a year and it was AMAZING. They are very very accommodating and so so nice. Moving in was a breeze and applying was simple.
Jerry and Alice almost always answer the phone and/or make time to meet with tenants. I had the option to pay rent online but I loved visiting them in the office so I ended up doing the money order just to see them haha.
Very nice facilities for VERY inexpensive price. I loved the location (right by the college, a cute park, and minutes from downtown). The pool was great too- well kept and laid back.
When I moved out it was a complicated situation where my roommate vacated without notice to me and Yorkshire helped so so much. I am very grateful for how they handled my situation with patience and understanding.
10 out of 10 would recommend!! There is a reason they are always full haha:)
I enjoyed living at Yorkshire apartment. I had no issues what so ever. It was quiet and the one bedroom I had was nice. Any time I had maintenance issues it was resolved in a timely manner and they left door tags after they left the apartment to let you know if they needed to come back or not. Also, the online portal was a huge help for paying rent and putting in maintenance request. I would recommend this place to people.
