Josh Bigby made us feel like close friends off the bat and never made us feel inferior for being new to the senior care life and answered our questions with knowledge and grace. He remained objective and even came in on a Saturday to talk things through with us. They go above and beyond to make sure the transition for the person in question (in this case my father) is as seamless as possible. They even set him up with a tenured resident to show him around the place and help get him acquainted. “Nice little place with very friendly staff. I stopped in for breakfast and while the breakfast menu is really limited I was told the full menu was available so that was cool. I stayed with breakfast and got the bagel with eggs cooked omelet style and added pork roll and provolone cheese. The bagel was toasted and buttered as well. Very filling and tasty. I will definitely go back.”

“Their tech was very cordial and stuck to his original quoted rate although I think he spent much longer on our clog than he anticipated. He ended up having to try all three of the vents for access, including under the house which eventually allowed him to get to the clog. The whole process took awhile, but by no fault of the tech's. And I wasn't rushed so I appreciated the thoroughness. Also, these guys were able to get out at least 1/2 day faster than anyone else, which was very important with our clog and back-up causing the whole house to basically shut down any water use. I would recommend to anyone.”
