Cantare at Indian Lake Village Apartments

Trish has been amazing in getting us moved in. She was very helpful and gracious, we felt like the only "future residents" the day that we toured the Apartments. Trish gave us all her attention and gave us great peace of mind while we were stressing to find a home. We felt welcomed. Not lastly, but Tara and Carl have been wonderful as well. Overall, the staff at Cantare are superb and we just want to say, you are doing a good job. It is our fourth day here and we love it! The location is unbeatable, and the amenities and rooms are so clean and modern. Our guests have been amazed at our upgrade in apartment. Please don't look any further if you have found Cantare. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Trish! And thank you to Cantare Staff for all you do.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and recently signed on for another year. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far, the staff has been wonderful - from my first meeting with Carl to tour the property he made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions, to Will and Michael who always provide world class service and quick problem resolution, and Trish is always helpful and assisted me with questions I had prior to signing my new lease. The location and amenities are great. It’s a short walk to the greenway, dining, and shopping, and if you have a pup you’ll find this the pet-friendliest place to be (Daisy gives it 10 stars)

I've been living in cantare for 2 years now and Will the maintenance guy is always so kind and courteous and attentive to our needs. I love living here and they just added a dog wash which I really appreciate. Cantare is amazing!
