  My experience with HALO and particularly Megan Warner was very good. From meeting with Megan at the House of Cash, the Halo presentation was first rate. The first offer on my house came within a week which was very exciting. Megan and Halo Realty stood by me through the entire process, offering advice, suggestions, and ultimately the best deal for selling this wonderful house - great location, great price, great service!

  I could not have asked for a better experience when I recently bought my house in Sumner County. My agent Mark Williams is first class and represented and counseled me with integrity and honesty. It's a great feeling when you have confidence your real estate agent is telling you important things to protect you rather than just telling you what he/she thinks you want to hear just to sell a house; that's what buyers need and want and that's what I got. Furthermore, every time I texted or called or needed anything, he was there and got me what I needed to make my decisions throughout the process.
  
  During the process I also had reason to briefly deal directly with the seller of the house, who was also a HALO agent, Shawn Jackson, and he too is a great guy and is a straight shooter. Everything he told me has checked out as I have lived in the house and neighborhood.
  
  Michelle in the office is super professional; she was in touch regularly to keep me on a timeline and made the process a lot easier.
  
  To top it off, it was necessary for the owner of HALO Realty, Danny Hale, to step in and facilitate the final phase of the deal, and I am convinced he handled everything fairly, equally looking out for both the seller and for me as well.
  
  All in all, this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for. I think the fact that the whole deal was under the HALO umbrella made things go ten times smoother.
  
  They say "the proof is in the pudding!" It's been a few months and the house is still everything I could have hoped for; I am very pleased with what I got and what I paid. I will definitely be returning to HALO in the future if I need to buy or sell real estate.
