When I need service to my Nissan Titan XD Diesel and Murano, I will always go to Nick. He is the only Service Representative to take the time to talk to me and explain the details of my prepaid maintenance agreement (PMA) for my Titan. He also sent me via email the number of oil changes and tire rotations I have under my PMA.
