“Store is packed with UT and Preds stuff, of which I am a fan of neither(Alabama fan here). Getting my vehicle worked on down the road and had some time to kill, so I stopped in to browse around, not knowing which teams the store was representing. The store manager, tall, black guy with glasses, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, even after finding out I’m a Bama fan. We talked for a good 35 minutes about anything and everything, and just to thank him for his hospitality, I bought a guitar pick sticker for my vehicle. I have family that are UT fans, and I know where I’ll be going to get gifts for them when I need to. I wish more retail stores were as customer service driven as this dude was.”

“I had a fantastic time at this place! My wife scheduled me for an appointment to be “manpered” and it was awesome! After my cut, I went to the bar and got a free drink of whiskey but they had all sorts of liquors if you wanted. After my first, I went ahead and figured I would enjoy the afternoon talking to the owner and his family while ordering more and more whiskey. Was a great experience!”

“I have always had very good experiences here. But I was disappointed today to see a patient in the waiting room with his mask pulled down his nose and later down to his chin. I feel that of all places, the staff should have enforced their rule, but no one said anything. I need to feel comfortable and protected at least in a doctor's office. I hope the clinic will pay attention to this in the future.”

“Second Otter Creek Unites Baptist Church is located on Kingstown road right near the Kentucky/Tennessee state line just a little ways from highway 27. I have never attended my regular church services here but I have been to a couple funerals that were held inside the church before burial in the Kingtown Cemetery that is located on the lot adjacent from the church. They have a nice shelter behind the church that they use for church events and family sometimes use for family reunions.”

“I truly had the best experience with Dr. Dudney. I had no choice, but to find a new OB/GYN since my previous one moved out of state . From the very beginning I felt comfortable meeting with Angela(NP) who performed my initial appointment. Any calls made to the clinic was returned within a timely manner. Since then I had met with Dr Doctor at the Nashville location every week until delivery — if she could not meet with me then she would refer me to her trusted partner who is just as amazing. Marlye is amazing with her care. My delivery went smooth and I was assured that if I had an other issues to give the office a call. If I decide to have any other children I will continue my care with Dr. Dudney. She was truly amazing !!”

“Our family has now moved ALL of it prescriptions to one place, Walgreens on Franklin Road. This pharmacy staff, (with a big shout out to James Patrick the Pharmacy Manager), actually cares about our family and will do the same for yours. I have always been treated with such kindness and respect ( like I am a neighbor and friend- this kind of service seems to be out of the norm these days unfortunately) when filling our families prescriptions at this location. I also really enjoy the staff inside the Walgreens / store, everyone is always so nice and respectful there as well. “We have always loved Puffy Muffin for their great food and equally great service, and today was no exception! We stopped by late in the afternoon for a birthday cake.
