They take time to explain what they are doing and why. Trudy is a great hygienist! If you need dental work done or a cleaning you will not be sorry. “I had been looking for a great dentist to replace my old lifetime dentist who retired and I was very skeptical with all the new dental offices that are around now. The very first initial phone conversation was very pleasant and informational knowing that they accepted my insurance I was willing to give this office a try. When I arrived Dr. Rachel's was on the phone with my insurance already getting information I thought he was an a assistant lol and when they called me back after a very short wait it was great to see that he was the dentist. It was great to see that he was willing to be hands on and on the phone getting insurance information on a patient.This office is a great place to be treated for dental.The staff always greet you with a nice and friendly smile never have to wait long to be seen. They always try to work with your schedule. The dentist is very professional and sensitive to your needs and situation. The office is always clean and due to this pandemic we are currently going through I have always seen safety measures in place. I would recommend this dental office to any one who is looking for a clean, professional, nice and sensitive dentist. “The staff is amazing I have been going for a few years and today was my 3 year old's first cleaning. Trudy was very patient with her, showed her all the tools and how they worked. Trudy also did very well talking my daughter through the rinsing process so she did not swallow the toothpaste used for polishing. If you need a dentist go here, you won't be sorry.”

“Everyone at the Cool Springs office is awesome! We found out last year after our daughter turned 6 that she was no longer accepted at Dr. Snodgrass' office. That was not okay with us due to how wonderful and thorough they have been since we have started seeing them 2 years ago (the first couple of visits prepared us well in advance for braces!). Fast forward to today, I purchased private dental insurance for my daughter to ensure she continued to get great care with people she loves and trusts! She has literally been counting down daily until she went back today!”

“In 2015 my 10 year old son broke his front tooth (number 9). His dentist (Dr. Holiday) called into the Apex offices who were able to "fixed" him in the same day and saved my son from being teased at school! In 2016 my 11 year son broke the same tooth that would now need a root canal. I was very nervous to have this procedure done to my son at such a young age, however the nurse Danielle reassured me every step of the way. She answered every single question I had before, during, and after the visit. After the root canal was performed Danielle informed me that everything went well and that my son had actually fallen asleep during the procedure. This was such a relief for me. Dr. Heeren came out afterwards and answered the remaining thousands of questions I had, lol. I was given a prescription to assist my son with any pain he may have, however I am happy to report that I never had to get it filled! My son was pain free throughout the entire process and I grateful for the expertise and professionalism at the Apex offices. Hopefully I don't see them next year but even if I do I know that my son will be in good hands!”
