“Stay was good. hotel could be updated some but I'm not one to base my stay at somewhere I'm basically using as a place to sleep on whether their wallpaper is modern or if the patterns on the couches look up to date. (we've seen people give 1 or 2 stars because the decor doesn't scream 2020) We stay here for the availability of a microwave, sink, refrigerator and eating area (when we are staying somewhere for more than one day). Staff was VERY friendly. We've used this hotel a lot and will continue to for trips to Nashville.”

“Visited the dealership for the wonderful new coffee shop in the back portion of the facility called Sypcoffee which recently opened in January 2018. Small, modern setting, that purveys a premium variety of coffees in various formats. Go to the front entrance of the showroom and the receptionist will direct you. Craig Margolius is the owner operator and has an incredible philosophy of his coffee. Come for the coffee and stay for the conversation.”

“These guys accidentally knocked my mailbox over when they were mowing the shoulder of my road. I came home to a note in the mailbox apologizing for breaking it and promising to fix it ASAP. “This place is magical. We used it for my brother in law's wedding and it was the perfect place. It's picturesque, with beautiful hardwood forests, and a cold Creek running through it. We all stayed in the main house at the top of the hill and had the wedding at the bottom next to the creek. Here's my breakdown of the experience. Scenery - doesn't get any better. Everything is amazing and it provides the best pictures. The main cabin - this is the only thing you might want to think twice about. It's an absolutely charming old house with a ton of room. But with that old charm and enormous size, comes slight annoyances like a few bugs here and there, and the air conditioner has a hard time keeping it cool in the heat of our Tennessee summers. It was pretty hot inside during the day, but the a/c got it nice and cold at night. The downstairs is amazing too with an nice pool table and ping pong table. The food - This was one of my favorites. Carter made some of the best tasting food I've had. It was gourmet in every sense, from the presentation to the flavor.”

“Great price for a decent space and good service, however the floor is in both of our rooms were extremely dirty. At this exit no other hotels are currently available since one is still recovering from the tornado. Us eight kids slept funny fine and were thankful there were no signs of bugs or other cleanliness issues. For this side of Nashville and our budget, cannot be too complaining! Thankful to see the small kitchen appliances too though we did not need them, overall easy location and solid staff doing their jobs.”

I that when I go in there they call me by name, they do have new employees, but the managers are Terrific as are all the employees. The only thing I do not like is how the changed their point system. We got here at 5AM, the hotel we had booked Sold our room our booking place got us this room and lisa was super helpful and understanding while I figured everything figured out by the booking company!”
