“Alamo Ranch Fit Club is the perfect gym if you’re trying to reach towards any health or fitness goals! It took me a year to finally find a gym that fits my needs. I wanted a gym atmosphere that would challenge and motivate me beyond my comfort zone. Not only did I find what I was I looking for, ARFC continues to provide so much more! The owner Paul and the coaches here are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and truly care about your goals. They really focus on your form during the movements and provide scaling as needed. ARFC also has all the equipment you need! Not many gyms in SA have push sleds, but this gym does! Oh and it’s also 24hrs which is awesome!!! Saturday WODs are usually partner workouts, this gives you the opportunity to get to know the members and motivate each other. Since I’ve became a member, my heath and fitness have improved tremendously! I highly recommend trying it out! ????????”
